Shipping Policy

Standard Policy

We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING to domestic customers on orders over C$100 (before tax). Delivery is 4-7 business days to most MAJOR city centres. Orionis Trading Co. Ltd. does not guarantee delivery times and is not responsible for any delays, damages or non-delivery of packages.

Standard Canada Postal Rates apply for orders under C$100 (calculated by weight at checkout). Or you can reach out to orderdesk@buysell.direct to organize shipping of your choosing.

For delivery services via PUROLATOR, FEDEX, UPS or DHL, please contact orderdesk@buysell.direct.

When Will My Order Ship?

Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed prior to shipment. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

*During peak periods, orders will ship one to two weeks due to high volume orders.

How Do I Track My Order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via e-mail when your order ships. If you have any trouble with this or have any questions, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to show on the carrier’s website. If there are any further questions, please reach out to us at orderdesk@buysell.direct.

Refund Policy

Standard Policy

We will gladly accept unused and unopened products within 30 days of the receipt of the package. We value safety and cannot accept any opened, used, or tampered with products. No refund on sale items. No refund on special promotional packages (unless otherwise stated on conditions of sales for promotion). Please note: You are responsible for any shipping/handling fees associated with the return of your order. In addition, we unfortunately do not refund the original shipping costs. We accept exchange requests ONLY if your product that has been delivered to you is defective.

If there are any discrepancies with your order, please contact us at support@buysell.direct within 2 weeks of order date.

How Do I Send a Return?

To initiate the return, please send an email to support@buysell.direct with the following information: order number, your full name, product to be returned, and reason for return.

Once the return has been approved, we will then provide you with a return label and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please pack your products along with the receipt and label. Clearly mark “RETURN” on the outside of the packaging to expedite processing.

Samples are shipped out within 2 business days of request with details of your account manager.

Absolutely. For orders that is one pallet or more, you will be assigned an account manager. Please send your PO to orderdesk@buysell.direct and our representative will process the order along with your listing forms.

Within 2 business days, our team will assess your brand and product registration is complete. 

When a brand is registered, our offline sales team also evaluates your brand and products. After you are registered, our offline team will reach out to you to understand your needs better. 

Not at all. In the case you would like to use your own warehouse, we would process the sales and send you shipping instructions. Please connect with our representative to ensure you are set up with your preference.
