How do we request samples?
Please send us an email to orderdesk@buysell.direct with your store details, products you are interested in, number of units you require, and shipping address.
Samples are shipped out within 2 business days of request with details of your account manager.
We have net30 terms. How do I submit this request?
Please reach out to our representative at orderdesk@buysell.direct and our team member will set up terms account for you.
Can I order in pallets?
Absolutely. For orders that is one pallet or more, you will be assigned an account manager. Please send your PO to orderdesk@buysell.direct and our representative will process the order along with your listing forms.
Do you offer co-op or trade marketing?
For all of our retailers that require trade marketing, please send us an email to orderdesk@buysell.direct and we will send over the appropriate trade marketing details to you.

How long does it take for my product to be registered?
Within 2 business days, our team will assess your brand and product registration is complete.
We want to expand our product to mass retailers. How do we go about that?
When a brand is registered, our offline sales team also evaluates your brand and products. After you are registered, our offline team will reach out to you to understand your needs better.
Do I need to use your warehouse? I have a warehouse of my own.
Not at all. In the case you would like to use your own warehouse, we would process the sales and send you shipping instructions. Please connect with our representative to ensure you are set up with your preference.
Do you sell to consumers?
Buysell.Direct is a platform built for brands and retailers to connect easily and sales cycle is shortened. Our focus is B2B and only a registered business can sign up on our website.
